When shopping at Global Virus Solutions you can always change your mind.

You can decide to return product(s) purchased on www.GlobalVSolutions.com within 30 days from the receipt of the product.

Just follow these simple steps: 

1. Use FEDEX, UPS or any other carrier of your preference to return the article(s). Cost of shipping it is not to be covered by Global Virus Solutions.
2. Pack item(s) in the original packaging including any documentation, accessories and manuals received with the product – make sure the package is secure and that the contents do not risk being damaged during shipping.
3. Attach the Return Label on the outside of the package covering any previous address label.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

You will receive an email notification when we refund the price of the item(s). Refunds normally arrive within 15 business days of receipt.

If you have chosen to replace a faulty product, a new product will be sent to you as soon as the faulty product has been received and processed at our warehouse. 

We only accept returns on items purchased from GlobalVSolutions.com. Items purchased from Authorized retailers must be returned to the place of purchase.

All refunds will occur via the original payment method.
